Return Policy

Return or Replacement of Products & Order Cancellation.

 

To return a product just follow these simple steps:

  1. You can e-mail us support@farmkart.com within 7 days from date of delivery
  2. As per our return policy we request you to send the product preferably through speed post in a saleable condition. Please mention Order number in subject line to help us quickly process your returns and ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition.
  3.  Request you to cooperate and maintain the original packaging of return items including original tags, stickers and dust-bags.
  4. Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  5. Once your return has been authorized, please refer to the link in our email for the return shipping label which is mandatory and should be pasted on every single return packet.
  6. For all self-shipped returns, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 10 days from date of raising the return request.

How do you return?

Shree Saikrupa Enterprises doesn't facilitate reverse pickup of your product therefore we encourage you to return your product within 10 days from date of raising the return request.

Self-ship to our Return Cell: For returns you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Return Cell within 10 days from date of raising the return request. For all self-shipped returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

NOTE: Incase we don't receive your product within 10 days your refund/replacement request would be cancelled.

All returned products need to clearly bear the consignee address on the return Airway Bill, as given below:

Under what conditions Refunds will be provided?

In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money.

  1. We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
  2. There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
  3. The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.
  4. You have seven days (from the delivery date) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to claim for a refund as per Farmkart.com's return policy.

Farmkart.com's 7 Day Returns Policy
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price.

We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on 0253-2591272 (10am-7pm) within a period of 7 days, from the delivered date. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unused and undamaged condition.

  1. Please note that "" Farmkart.com's 7 Day Returns Policy"" does not apply for any non-returnable / non-refundable product the same will be mentioned in the product details page.
  2. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking of product.
  3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  4. Some special rules for promotional offers may override "" Farmkart.com's 7 Day Returns Policy.""

 

Can I return a part of my order?

  1. Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

  2. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns."

 

How long will the refund process take?

  1. For refund eligible products - Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check. Typically the refund process is initiated within 2 days of Quality Check
    Expected refund resolution timeline is 14-21 days post Quality Check.

 

  1. Please note: Receipt of payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
  2. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalised banks. Banks send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs. 5000 kindly check your bank or credit card account for confirmation.
  3. For value paid through Mobile Wallet, refund would be processed in terms of crediting the points back to your wallet only and will not be refunded in terms of money.
  4. If a Coupon Code of Gift Card was utilized by you in placing the order, in case of refund the respective value would be refunded through Coupon Code or Gift Card only.
  5. In cases where Quality Check is not required, refund will be processed earlier on case to case basis.

 

Replacement policy

Under what conditions Replacements will be provided?

  4. You have received a wrong size/ size doesn't fit as desired.
  5. You have seven days (from the delivery date) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to request for replacement as per farmkart.com's return policy.

 

Which items can I Replace?

All are returnable items. We make it convenient for you to identify if the product is non returnable items by mentioning in the product details page.

 

What items can I buy in Replacement?

Any product/s can be bought in Replacement. The final price of Replacement products should be equal to the price of returned items.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable:

 

Defective, Damaged or Missing Products

·        Shree Saikrupa Enterprises is proud to stock products from reliable manufacturers. We do everything we can to make sure you get the product and the shopping experience that works for you. In the rare event that the product you receive does not function properly, we will correct the problem as soon as possible.

·        To return a defective product, contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. (+91-253-2591272) We will send you a prepaid shipping label, and your item will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. If the manufacturer finds the item defective and/or covered by warranty, we will send you a replacement.

·        If the manufacturer finds the item not to be defective or covered by warranty, we will notify you and give you the option of having the item returned or disposed of. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. If we are unable to contact you within 30 days to return or dispose of the non-defective item, it will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of it.

·        To return a product that was damaged during shipping, contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label, and once we receive the item, you will be issued a replacement.

·        NOTE: Replacement items will not be shipped to you until we receive the original faulty product.

·        Our every order is double-checked by two separate people before it leaves the warehouse. We are careful to make sure that every order is correct. In the incredibly unusual event that an item is missing from your order, contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will immediately ship the missing item to you, free of charge.

 

 

 

 

Returning Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment due to an error on our part, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label, and upon receipt of the product, we will issue you the refund or a replacement product, according to your specification.

Refunds

All refunds will be credited to the credit or debit card or account originally used to purchase the product. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product, minus any shipping charges incurred when initially shipping the product to you.

Full refunds, including the original shipping cost, are issued to returns of defective products, products that were damaged during the shipping process, or incorrect products.

NOTE: We are not liable for lost or untrackable return packages that you ship back to us.

You must submit tracking numbers for every package shipped to our returns department by emailing us at support@farmkart.com, calling +91-253-2591272.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. Please note that it may take your credit card company up to 30 days to apply your credit.

If you received a discount for ordering multiple items, returning one or more of those items may void that discount.

Shree Saikrupa Enterprises is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Please discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer service representative when you contact us for an RMA.

Warranty

We stand by the high quality of the products we sell. All products purchased from Shree Saikrupa Enterprises carry full warranties as set forth by the manufacturers. If an item you purchased from Shree Saikrupa Enterprises becomes faulty under warranty, we want to help you fix the problem. Ship the item to us and we will work with you and the manufacturer to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Most manufacturers have a limited warranty that does not extend to any products that have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, service or modification by anyone.

Except as expressly set forth above, no other warranties are expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and Shree Saikrupa Enterprises expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein. In the event that the product is not free from defect as warranted above, the purchaser's sole remedy shall be as provided above. Under no circumstances will Shree Saikrupa Enterprises be liable to the purchaser or any user for any damages, including the incidental or consequential damages, expenses, lost profits, lost savings or other damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.

Once we receive the item sent for warranty repair, we will have the manufacturer inspect it.

If the manufacturer finds the repair is covered under warranty, the item will be repaired by the manufacturer and returned to the customer or Shree Saikrupa Enterprises send you a replacement. Item repair or replacement is determined by the manufacturer's warranty policy. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges

If the manufacturer finds the item is not defective, Shree Saikrupa Enterprises will notify the customer that the item repair is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty and ask the customer if they would like to have the item returned or disposed of. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Items left with Shree Saikrupa Enterprises for more than 30 days after the customer has been notified that the item is not covered under manufacturer's warranty, will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of by Shree Saikrupa Enterprises.

Important: For all warranty items the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to Shree Saikrupa Enterprises and back to the customer.

Order Cancellations

At Shree Saikrupa Enterprises we do everything we can to make sure that your order ships quickly and correctly. Under some circumstances we will need to cancel an order. A customer service representative will always contact you before cancelling an order. Circumstances that may lead to order cancellation include:

Payment Declined

If for any reason we are unable to process your payment information, we will contact you and give you the option of providing alternative payment information (i.e. a different credit card), or cancelling your order.

Invalid Shipping Address

If you provide an invalid shipping address, we will contact you and confirm a correct address. However, this typically takes 10-15 days, so we highly recommend shipping to a physical address. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Dulpicate Orders

We frequently receive duplicate orders. Sometimes customers intentionally place duplicate orders and sometimes duplicate orders happen by error. So, we always call to confirm a duplicate order before processing the order. We will simply confirm that you meant to place duplicate orders, or cancel the duplicate order if it was placed in error.

Out of Stock

We are proud of our large warehouse stock. Most of the items we sell are in stock and ready to ship 99% of the time. However, due to high demand there are times when popular items are briefly out of stock. In line with our commitment to ship every order as quickly as possible, if an item you order is out of stock, we will first check with the manufacturer to verify we can drop ship the item directly to the customer as long as it ships out the same day. If it cannot ship the same day from the manufacturer, we will contact you right away. You will have the option of:

Cancelling Orders

If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, contact Customer Service immediately. Because we offer same-day shipping, we are not always able to cancel orders before they ship out. The sooner you contact Customer Service to cancel an order, the more likely it is we will be able to cancel it for you. If we are able to cancel your order before it is shipped out, you will receive a full refund, including shipping fees.

If the order is shipped before you contact Customer Service, we won't be able to cancel it. However, you can return it, following the applicable Product Return steps above.
